She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Neal and Arie Vermillion Neal; her husband Carl Taylor; her granddaughters, Kendra Green and Jan Losh; and her daughter-in-law Karen Taylor.

She is survived by : her children, Leonard Taylor (Kimberly) of Huntsville, OH, Harry Taylor (Sue) of Lakeview, Doris Smith (Walter) of Lima and Rodney Taylor (Nancy) of Russells Point, OH; and her grandchildren, Len Taylor (Katy), Trenton Green, Tonya Taylor (Kirby), Misty Ross (Lou), Miranda Dietz (Brian), Wade Smith (Pauline), Jamie Baldauf (Phil), Josh Taylor (Mikayla), Kalie Brunke (Lane) and Sheldon Taylor (Caliegh). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contribution may be given in Wanda's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
