He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Martin Kuba and Clarabell (Ledley); and his stepson Caleb Davis Bill of Overfield's Inc. He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Gallogly); his children, Kenny Kuba (Susan) of Leonardsburg, Corey Kuba (Holly) of Marion and Brandy Penuel (Josh) of Ocala; his grandchildren, Jason, Julia, Cheyenne, Lauren, Lilly, William, Jackie and Kaitlyn; his brother Don Kuba (Mary) of Bellefontaine; Matt Davis (Mandy) of Delaware.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home (201 S Franklin St, Richwood, OH 43344). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
