He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Blaney and Charlotte Blaney; his brother James R. Blaney; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Blaney. He is survived by: his sisters, Kim Radford (Pat) and Kathy Welch (David); his nephews, Dylan Blaney Sam Radford (Alyssa), Tom Radford and Peter Welch (Megan); his niece Elaine Fletcher (Phillip); and his great-nieces, Cece Fletcher and Ella Blaney.
