Devito of Lakewood, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel DeVito and Justine DeVito; and his daughter Teresa. He is survived by : his siblings, Albert "Wicky", Raymond, David and Patsy Check; his wife Anne McKenna; and his children, Annette DeVito-Dabbs, Maribeth Barabas and Daniel III.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Lakewood (14133 Detroit Ave, Lakewood, OH 44107). A prayer was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
