He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Dick" B. Summers. He is survived by: his mother Verylene Summers of Lancaster, Ohio; his brother Dusty Summers (Toni) of Malta, Ohio; his sibling's children, Siera and Zack; and his aunt Sue Bricker.
