We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2023, at the age of 44, Andrew J. Arter of Lancaster, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Tyler J. Swackhamer; his father Harold "Butch" Arter; and his grandparents, Woodrow Carroll, James, Helen Goodwin, Bernice Sharp and Harold Arter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tristan, Alexzandria and Savannah Arter; his mother Dixie Carroll Smith (Frank); his siblings, Jason Shaeffer (Bobbie Montgomery), F. Eric Smith (Jennifer) and Lori Swain (Matt); his close friend Cheryl Slone; his former wife Brandy Arter; and also Donovan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; cousins; and extended family and friends.
Donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
