She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Andrew Essman; and her children, Tom and Beth. She is survived by: her sister Nancy; her children, James, John and Ann; and her grandchildren, Robert, Julie, Stephen, David, Matthew, Michael, Christopher, Sarah, Andrea, Allison and Garrett. She is also survived by her 15 great-grandchildren.
