She is survived by: her daughter Jacquelyn Warner (Reginald); her grandchildren, Peter Hazelton (Karen), Sean, Ethan, Andrew Hazelton (Yuka) and Artie; and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Sara Barbera (Colin), Maeve, Cass, Eric Neal, Kalin and Angie Neal.
