He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Freeman Conley and Charlie Ebert. He is survived by: his parents, Bonnie Hedges (Dave) of Circleville and Mitch Ebert of Laurelville; his wife Jennifer DeCastro (Hardwick); his children, Alexia and Ridge DeCastro; his siblings, Jessica Simonton (Eric) of Montana, Madison Fortner (Blake) of Laurelville and Chris Conley (Tiff) of Laurelville; his nephew Shep Simonton of Montana; and his grandmother Dorothy Conley of Adelphi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in the memory of Anthony can be made to Mid Ohio Youth League at Kingston National Bank.
