He is survived by: his siblings, Tiffany Rice (Keith), Cassandra Morgan (Shayne), Mary Azbell, Larry Azbell, Jr., David Azbell (Mary Jean) and Matthew Azbell; his stepmother Sheila Azbell; his mother Karen L. Schaffer; and his grandmother Mary Hunt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
