He is survived by: his brother David Henderson (Janice); his sister-in-law Carol Henderson of Lancaster; his stepchildren, Rhonda Thrush Somnitz (James) of Independence and William Thrush (Jacqueline) of Rockbridge; his stepgrandchildren, Mackenzie, Rebecca Peters Somnitz (Scott) and Kathleen Abbi; and his nieces and nephews, Natalie Neff, Jamie DeLong, Andy Hupp, Christopher Henderson, Anna DeLong, Emelie DeLong and Nathaniel DeLong. He is also survived by eight step great grandchildren.
