He is survived by : his children, Paislee, Zayden "Bubba" and Zaylee; his fiancé Mckayla Achenbach; his parents, Lorie Blade (BJ Blade) and Christopher Stai; his grandparents, Candy Stai, Sylvia Meade (LeeRoy) and Lynn McGrady (Rick); his siblings, Cass, Destiny, Shannon of Ash, C. J. and Makayla; his uncles, Thomas Stai (Darcy) and Richard Stai (Cheryl); his cousin Brittany Young; and his aunt Melissa Tipple. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
