With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Grunkemeyer of Lancaster, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hayes and Charlotte Hayes (Flack). She is survived by: her significant other Albert Grunkemeyer; her children, Linda Ward, Robert Grunkemeyer, David Grunkemeyer, Steven Grunkemeyer and Daniel Grunkemeyer; and her grandson Charles Grunkemeyer. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bremen Community Methodist Church (205 Walnut St, Bremen, OH 43107). A memorial service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be given to Bremen Community Methodist Church.
