She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred O'Nail and Helen O'Nail (Wiseman); her siblings, Dan O'Nail, Terry O'Nail and Fredricka Shover; and her in-laws, Shirley O'Nail, Karen O'Nail, Charles Matheny and Richard Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheri Rice (Matthew) and Kathy Ridenour (Samuel); her grandson Caden Rice; and her sisters, Nancy Jackson and Anita Matheny. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
