She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Azbell and Helena Azbell (Dugan); her sister Beckey Jo Ridenour; her grandparents, James Azbell (Nancy), Pearl Nye (Bertha) and Thomas Locke Dugan; and her friends, Barbara Egan (Bay) and Karen Tucker.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Azbell, Helen Azbell of Lancaster and Donna Azbell of Kentucky; her siblings' children, Randy Azbell (Amie) and Morgan Woltz (David); her great-nephew Carson Woltz; and her siblings' children, Shelley Jo Rohr (Chris), Austin Rohr (Andreia), Kileigh, Kingston Rohr, Scott Ridenour (Jackie) and Nicholas Azbell.
