She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul L. Barrett and Hilma H. Chalfant Barrett; her husband Jimmy Parker; and her grandson Timmy Spears. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelley Kistler (Mike) of Lancaster and Shawna Snodgrass (David) of Marietta; her grandchildren, Crystal Rhinebarger (Devin), Corey Frost (Jessica), Jessica Spears (Eli) and Chris Spears (Allie); her great grandchildren, Madi, Alana, Mallory, Lexi, Ousman and Mariama; and her siblings, Carol Starlin (Richard) of Amesville and Paul "Smoke" Barrett (Linda) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
