He was predeceased by: his parents, David M. Burley and Carol M. Burley (Matheny). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Burley (Winders); his children, Jacob Burley (Kit) and Emma Burley; his granddaughter Violet; and his siblings, Kelly Davis (Darrell), Wendy Snider (Mark), April Braden (John) and David Burley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
