She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Hizey. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Church (Melissa) and Terry Church (Kim); her grandchildren, Draylen Church, Kiara Church, Jordan Church and Ashley Church; her stepgrandchildren, Keenan Milliser (Lissa), Caylee Milliser, Laquisha Snyder and Isaiah Snyder; her great grandchild Atticus Snyder; and her sister Pam Russell (Joe).
