He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis L. Justice and Miriam Justice (Cox); his son Mark Justice; and his siblings, Wanda Snider, Jean Donaldson and Jerry Justice.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Justice (Brucker); his daughter Lisa Brown (Jeff); his grandsons, Justin Brown (Jenna) and Jason Brown (Katie); his great grandchildren, Maverick, Reagan and Drew; and his brother Harold Justice of Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
