He is survived by: his wife Penny Jacks (Fry); his sisters-in-law, Jane Blauser, Cindy Ayers and Sherliyn; his children, Brandon Jacks (Erika), Desiree VanGundy (Dan) and Brandy Topp (Kyle); his grandchildren, Lila Miller (Dustin), Atira Shoemaker (Gavin), Nakita, Jasper and James; his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Jae; Kayla. He is also survived by Aunt and Uncle; Nieces and Nephews; Pet.
