He is survived by: his wife Penny Jacks (Fry); his sisters-in-law, Jane Blauser, Cindy Ayers and Sherliyn; his children, Brandon Jacks (Erika), Desiree VanGundy (Dan) and Brandy Topp (Kyle); his grandchildren, Lila Miller (Dustin), Atira Shoemaker (Gavin), Nakita, Jasper and James; his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Jae; and also Kayla. He is also survived by Aunt and Uncle; Nieces and Nephews; Pet.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
