She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard L. Corrington Sr. and Carolyn Corrington (Muddell); her husband Ronald L. Pierce; her brother George W. Corrington; and her granddaughter Staci Danforth.
She is survived by: her daughter Dee Smith (Shane); her stepdaughters, Cindy Dennison (Larry), Teresa Garner (Terry) and Rhonda Parsons (Bruce); her brother Richard L. Corrington Jr. (Sarah); her brothers-in-law, Richard Pierce (Carol) and Max Pierce (Eunice); and her grandchildren, Ryan Dennison, Chad Garner (Corinne), Justin Garner (Bethany), Travis Dennison (Meaghan), Madison Price (Mason) and Slade Smith. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to FairHope Hospice in recognition of the care and comfort they provided.
