He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. DeLong and Doris J. Edwards DeLong; and his sister Janet Downs. He is survived by: his son Adam (Kristin DeLong); his grandchildren, Haydin of Lancaster and Zoey DeLong of Lancaster; his brother Carl (Lisa DeLong); his brother-in-law Floyd Downs; and his stepson Jeremy Reed.
