He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Koza and Emily Koza. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Christopher Belford (Colleen), Jesse Koza (Melissa) and Heather Koza (Chuck Amnah); and his sisters, Leann Walton and KayCe Warner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pine Lake Estates (479 Ross Rd SE, Lancaster, OH 43130).
