With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dave M. Patchen (Lancaster, Ohio), who passed away on August 11, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Patchen (Jerry) and Violet Cupoli Patchen (Martha). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hedges Patchen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, a sister, brother and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dave's name to Fairfield Christian Church, Columbus Division of Police Honor Guard, Fairfield County Heritage Association or to the Fairfield County Area Humane Society.
