He was predeceased by: his wife Beth Schrake; his father Kenneth Adcock; his grandparents, Rolla and Gladys Dennis; and his brother-in-law William Kokensparger.
He is survived by: his daughter Holly Westhoven (John) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Alexis Hankison (Jayden) of Lancaster, Damien Decot of Lancaster, Avery Westhoven of Lancaster and Colin Westhoven of Lancaster; his mother Rosalie Kasper of Florida; his stepmother Bettie Adcock of Junction City; and his siblings, Danny Miller of Florida, Chris Wilson (Patty) of New Lexington, Paulette Kunkler (Jeff) of New Straitsville, Ann Kokensparger of New Lexington and Kendra Kunkler (Steve) of New Lexington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
