He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Patzkowsky (Shaw); and his girlfriend Janet Enman. He is survived by: his father Raymond Patzkowsky; his siblings, Terry Scott (Jeff), Carol Patzkowsky (Barb Graves), Chris Patzkowsky (Bona) and Tim Patzkowsky (Deantha Short); and his pets, Billy, Buddy and Peanut. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
