She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stevens and Eleanor Stevens (Rice); her sisters, Nancy Tanner, Ruth Davisson and Audrey Keller; and her sister-in-law Kimberly Stevens.

She is survived by: her close friend John Patterson; and her siblings, Sheila Poole (Cecil) of Toronto, OH, James Stevens of Oakdale, WV, Connie Moore (Michael) of Fairview, WV and Beatrice Hayes (Rodney) of Mannington, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
