He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Middaugh and Mildred Middaugh (Ketcham); and his sister Sue Stalder. He is survived by: his wife Heidi Middaugh (Sowers); his sons, Gage Middaugh and Scott Middaugh; his stepsons, John Dennison (Madeira) and Noah Dennison (Gena); his sister Evelyn Rike (Bob); his brother-in-law Michael Stalder; and his mother-in-law Kathy Sowers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
