She is survived by: her son Curt Kitchen (Lisa); her grandchildren, Coy Kitchen (Bayleigh) and Fallyn Kitchen (Jake); her great grandchild Mya; and her sister-in-law Betty Agosta.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Meals on Wheels of Fairfield County, 1515 Cedar Hill Rd, Lancaster, OH 43130 whose kindness, care, and support meant so much to Donna and her family.
