He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Margaret Kilbarger (Shonebarger) and Edward Margaret; his brother Ronnie; and his son-in-law Tom Novack. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kilbarger (Hale); his daughters, Kellie Novack and Traci Michalak (Dale); his grandchildren, Margaret Cook (Jordan), Morgan Novack, Matthew Michalak (Hailee) and Megan Michalak; his great grandchildren, Zane and Zeke Cook; and his siblings, Jim (Dixie), David Kilbarger (Francis), Ann Gray, Rita Kemmerer (Ken) and Martha Maul. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sheridan Funeral Home (222 S Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A Mass will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (132 S High St, Lancaster, OH 43130).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation or to a veterans organization of your choice.
