He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ed Tilley and Evelyn Tilley (Johnson); his children, Tashana Mitchell, Qiana Shropshire (Frederick), Julissa Tilley, Edward L. Tilley Jr. and Isaiah Tilley; and his siblings, Peggy Lenior, Howard Snodgrass, La Donna Williams, Lu Cretia Armstrong, Dee Edre Finley (Dana), Michael Tille (Qualisha) and Cecil Dickerson. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
