He is survived by: his sons, Richard Hill (Melissa) of Nashville and Rodney Hill of Seattle, Washington; his grandchildren, Ben Hill (Katie) of Nashville and Lydia Eagle (Adam) of Nashville; and his great grandchild Peter Eagle.
