He is survived by: his wife Pam Lama (Thaxton); his children, Melanie Bennett (Jason) of Proctorville, Chad Lama (Michelle) of Rushville and Cassie Lama of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Kendra (Luke), Macie (Jacob), Matthew (Angel), Taylor, Madison, Dawson, Jesse, Zoe, Tristan, Alissa, Chelsey and Preston; and his siblings, Merrill of Amanda, Harold (Rosemary) of Lancaster, Marcine of Lancaster and Carolyn of Lancaster. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
