He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Picklesimer and Majoria Picklesimer (Owens); his brother Robert Picklesimer; and his in-laws, Lee and Wanda DeLong.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Picklesimer (DeLong); his children, Samuel Picklesimer of Lancaster, Savannah Binkley (Jason) of Lancaster, Chase Picklesimer of Lancaster and Capitola Picklesimer of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Noah, Abby, Nikki, Anna, Jaxon, Lyric, Weston and Lakelynn; his great-nephew Ayden DeLong; his siblings, Debbie Peters (Mark) of Circleville, Cindy Branscom (Tom) of Chillicothe, Barry Picklesimer of Tarlton, Larry Picklesimer (Kyme) of Ripley and Dennis Picklesimer (Anita) of Stoutsville; his sister-in-law Luann Picklesimer of Hamilton; and his close friends, Rick Rush and Lugene Barker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
