We announce the death of Gerald L. Stebelton (Amanda, Ohio), who passed away on October 14, 2026, at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his son David; his mother Escalene Bowsher; his stepfather Herman Bowsher; his father John Stebelton; his stepmother Betty Stebelton; and his sister Sherry Derickson.
He is survived by: his wife Becky; his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Jeff Mason; his granddaughter Caroline; his siblings, Barbara Mitchell and Mark Stebelton; and his siblings-in-law, Steve and Linda Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lancaster First Presbyterian Church (222 N Broad St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Lancaster First Presbyterian Church music fund, the Lancaster Festival and Allen Chapel Church, Lancaster.
