He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise Snider; his parents, Dr. James Snider and Rose Snider; and his brothers, Billie and James R. Snider (Lya).
He is survived by: his children, Mary Katherine Nevins (Jim), Cynthia S. Pearsall (Art), John M. Snider (Mary), James G. Snider (Tammy) and Martha S. Downs (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Ilene Crabtree (Kevin), Sarah, Kate Smiley, James Snider (Kaily), Mark, Jeffrey Snider, Melissa, Bryan Downs (Kelley), Abigail, Mary Grace, Gordon, Aubrey Crabtree, Sienna and Miles Snider.
