He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gaspar and Emma Kelly Lilly; and his brothers, Joe Lilly (Doris) and Jack Lilly (Charlotte). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ball Lilly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many great friends.

Donations may be made in Hal's name to the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, 1596 George Rd. Lancaster Oh 43130.
