He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hiles and Jane Hiles; his parents-in-law, Bob and Helen Martin; and his son Doug Hiles.

He is survived by: his wife Sandi Hiles; his children, Dana Hiles (Debbie), Devonna Henderly (Myke), Debra Medley, Bob Shick (Angela) and Travis Shick (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Joe, Erikka, Samantha, Jeyden, Grace, Gage, Katie, Zach, Courtney and Eddie; his brother Larry Hiles (Lorraine); and his sister-in-law Connie Saunders. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to FairHope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd. Lancaster, Ohio 43130, or the Lancaster Police Athletic League, 701 Union St, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
