He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert William and Frances Vaughn Wagner; his uncle Miles Reynolds; his sisters, Phyllis Finnefrock (Paul) and LeeAnn Van Arsdalen (Richard); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Wagner.
He is survived by: his brother Willis Wagner of Burlington, KY; his nieces, Tangela Kellenbarger, Janelle Solt (Timothy), Jodelle Finnefrock, Penny Kilbarger (Douglas), Polly Myers (Kevin) and Wendy Niehauser (Gregory); and his caregiver Polly Myers. He is also survived by fourteen great nieces and nephews.
