He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his son Uriah Hawk; his parents, Pamela Bauer (Mike) of Sugar Grove and Todd Hawk (Joyce) of Newark; his grandparents, Paul, Rebecca Kurfis of Hide and Jill Lanning of Zanesville; his brothers, Brandon Hawk (Taylor) of Nelsonville, Isaec Hawk of Lancaster, Carson and John Bauer of Sugar Grove; his parents-in-law, John and Heather Brill of Lancaster; his sister-in-law Katlyn Covell (David) of Lancaster; his aunt Kim Vanhoose (Keith); his uncle Scott Kurfis (Aimee); and his siblings' children, Chip, Calvin, Savannah and Vincent Covell.
