He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Clark and Annabelle Clark (Layne); his wives, Mary Clark and Bonnie Mae Clark; his daughters, Mary Donald and Betty Brown; his stepdaughter Kathy Graff; his son-in-law David Pennington; his grandson Michael Brown; and his siblings, Betty Clark, William Clark and Benjamin Clark, Jr..
He is survived by: his son James Clark, Jr. (Karen); and his stepdaughters, Becky Pennington and Caroline Dixon (Darrell). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home - Lancaster (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home (405 N Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130).
