He is survived by: his children, Chad Herb (Missy), Travis Herb (Jackie), Jim Herb III, Lisa Herb (Steven) and Bobbie Sue Courtright; and his sisters, Rose Jarvis (Howard), Ruth Johnson and Penny Eubank (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
