He is survived by: his wife Sandy (Caldwell); his daughter Jennifer Golden (Jerry); his grandson Cody Golden (Catherine Krause); his great grandchildren, Carson, Cooper, Elizabeth, Autumn, Ava and Josiah; his siblings, Don Woltz (Sherrie), Kathy Barnhart (Harold), Chris Fields (Jerry) and John Woltz (Deona); and also Malinda Golden. He is also survived by many friends, nieces, and nephews.
