He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Shadd; his children, Autumn Butler (Harold) of Connecticut, James Shadd (Jessica) of Lancaster and Derek Shadd (Brooke Combs) of Pickerington; his grandchildren, Cameron, Dylan, Ella, James, Tucker and Ariston; his father Howard Shadd of Massachusetts; and his siblings, Ed Shadd (Sandra) of Tennessee, Jon Shadd of Massachusetts, Garrett Shadd of Massachusetts, Kathryn Mancuso (Rick) of Massachusetts and Pat Frank of Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
