He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Hamilton Booth Sr. and Allie Eileen Booth; and his brother Robert Booth. He is survived by: his children, James R. Booth (Vicki), Angela D. English (Jeff) and Eric J. Booth (Amy); and his brother Michael Booth (Betty). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fairmount Cemetery (12 Fairmount St, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
