He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dickerson and Mary Jo Dickerson; and his sister Sally Jo Dickerson. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Dickerson; his brother Richard Dickerson (Marcia); his stepson William Flowers (April); and his stepgrandchildren, Emily Ogden (John), Haley Flowers and James Flowers.
