She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Nowlin and Annie Nowlin; her husband Bob; and her siblings, Elmer Duncan, Mary Lockhart, Faye Kaiser and Maye Swartz.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbi Jo Miller (Neil), Bill Gambill (Robin) and Lorena Smith (Billy); her grandchildren, Travis Gambill (Jody), Kiley Woltz, Amanda Bautista (Emmanuel) and Stormy Weisenstein (Nate); and her close friend Linda Young. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to The Pickering House, whose exceptional care meant so much to JoAnn and her family.
