She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl B. Lubbert and Erana Lubbert (Schulz). She is survived by: her children, Mark Wylie (Thelma) of Ashford, WV, Gay Gatian (Scott) of Lancaster, OH, Apryl Maxson (Danny) of Berea, WV and Marcie Noel (Eddie) of Hoschton, GA; and her grandchildren, Matt Gatian (Kallista), Becca Apperson (Cory), Tyler Wylie, Clay Wylie, Ian Wylie, Sarah Beth Kosem, Adam Kosem (Karlin), Ethan Kosem (Madi), Daniel Noel (Danae) and Katie Poole (Derek). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church in Lancaster in memory of Joyce.
