She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Birkhimer; her aunts, Cheryl Lozier and Carlotta Mathias; and her grandmothers, Helen Birkhimer and Virginia Lozier.
She is survived by: her husband Tim; her sons, Ryan Hatzer (Kristena) and Jordan Hatzer (Amethyst); her grandchildren, Cloe, Sophia, Eastyn, Lyric, River, Gwendolyn and Scarlett; her brother-in-law Jeff Hatzer (Lori); her sister Teresa Mathias; her sibling's children, Colin Householder (Jessica), Kyle and Ashley Householder; her great-nephew Belin; her close friends, Uvette Gibson Barnett and Jodi Butsko; and her friend Tauwanta Corns.
In lieu of flowers: Julie asked for donations to be sent to the ALS foundation to find a cure for this horrible disease.
