She was predeceased by : her husband Rush Templeton Sr.; her sister Jan Schack; and her parents, Carl Davis and Pearl Davis. She is survived by : her sons, Rush Jr., Brandon and Christopher Templeton; her brother-in-law Earl Schack; her grandchildren, Rush Templeton III and Ian Templeton; and her pet Lexi.

She will forever be remembered for her remarkable contributions to healthcare and her ability to bring joy to those around her.
